Who we work with
Bring dated kitchens up to standard between tenancies without the cost of a full refit. Ideal for single lets, HMOs and student properties.
A trusted contractor to recommend to your landlords and vendors. Fresh kitchens photograph better and help properties let or sell sooner.
Keep cottages and holiday homes looking guest-ready. We can fit in between bookings, so you don't lose peak weeks to a refurb.
Offices, staff kitchens, cafés, shops, salons, pubs and hotels. Refresh counters, cabinets and joinery while keeping disruption to a minimum.
Why Wrapsons
Most kitchens are finished in 1 to 3 days, so a refresh fits between tenancies or bookings and keeps void periods short.
Wrapping costs a fraction of a new kitchen, which protects your yield and lets you update more properties on the same budget.
No rip-out, no skip and no other trades. We can work around tenants, check-outs and trading hours.
Architectural vinyl is waterproof and wipe-clean, which suits busy rentals and commercial kitchens.
Every finish has a code, so you can use the same look in every property and match it again later.
We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add. That's a real saving for landlords who can't reclaim it.
Existing units are kept and reused rather than sent to landfill, which helps with your sustainability goals.
A Devon and Cornwall business you can reach directly, from quote to handover.

How it works
Send us photos of each kitchen, or let us know when we can visit. We can work from agents' inventory photos too.
You get a clear, itemised price for each property, priced per door and drawer front, so it's easy to approve or pass to your landlord.
We agree dates around tenants, check-outs, bookings or opening hours. Key collection can be arranged.
We send before and after photos when we finish, ready for your records, inventory or new listing.
